Sorry this is so late coming. Frank Rohr is the greatest. Our downstairs toilet backed up and upon inspection by a friend of mine ( he's a commercial plumber ), found our toilet was full of roots that we assumed was from a palm tree in front. I thought we were going to be tearing up the yard and my bathroom. I thought I'd be writing a check for $10K or more.So I started calling companies and everyone was different. One outfit even wanted to charge me $500 just to show up and run a camera down the pipe!Frank came out about 5PM that night, and when I showed him the pictures he just smiled and said I deal with that all the time. The problem was not a breached sewer line but spores that grow within the line, he ran the camera down (for free), showed me no breach and removed the growth! Huge weight off my chest.Since then I've recommended Precision and Frank 3-4 times, and everyone has been very pleased with all aspects of the operation. Thanks again Frank and Precision!!

Really great service all around. Called on Saturday after 5 and Dan came Sunday morning. Cleared clog and replaced garbage disposal for a great price. Speedy friendly service, I will never call another plumber.

My hot water heater was venting into my attic potentially putting CO2 in my house. I used Home Advisor to look up plumbers in the area to fix this problem. I had some other companies come and wouldn’t even touch my problem but I had Straight Up Plumbing come and they sent out Daniel and he really went above and beyond for me and fixed my problem. I will be requesting Daniel for all plumbing needs going forward. Now my family has hot water again and I am a very happy costumer.

This company charges $300+ per hr. The owner laughed at me when I asked why he charges so much. I said it would be normal $100 per hr to cover all expenses. Parts not included. The owner said we charge way more than $100 per hr.

Another company charges me $50 for parts and a $260 repair service fee. Rotor Rooter tried to get $800 flat rate.

Yes they are there fast, maybes it's worth it for you if money's easy to spend for you. As a rental property owner this is for emergencies when no one else can come. These guys will over charge you alot!

Find out what they say is wrong. Call you manufacture get part numbers and price.

You as a home owner do not need to feel trapped into paying $300 hr for work plus additional part fees, you can find other plumbers to do under $100 hr.

Plus they have an open permit from my water heater in 2011 installed in a small condo which I was charged $10,000 installed.
I overpaid $6,000 for a normal tankless I researched later goes for $1200 retail. Owner refuses to close the permit as its installed wrong I found out, owner did not want to refund me the difference for being over charged. Found out the technician at that time took the cash in the payment and stold it and was fired. Basically the technicians are making there own price. There's no standard fees other than the basic lowest charge of $175 which is high for a 15 min fix. Today they came ovee I was hoping they'd close the permit, but the same thing happened. Over priced $800 to fix an ignighter inside my water heater which cost in parts $55, I called the manufacturer.

Owner said for me to call someone else. And still permit is open. I'm contacting state contacting board at this point.

But if your looking for a good honest happy plumber who will not overcharge you this is not the company. The owners technicians are nice that came today, they are getting paid probably to upsell you so yes they are nice guys.

Our technician Kevin was very respectful and informative. He explained everything that was going on with the system in a way the we could understand and showed concern for our comfort. I highly recommend Goettl air conditioning and plumbing services for their knowledge and great customer service.

We had an underground mainline leak at our facility which only became apparent because of our increased water bill. Ideal Services sent out a technician to locate it and then repair it. The service was outstanding, the gentleman at the office, Eric was very nice and helpful.

Derrick Smith came to the rescue when our hot water heater started leaking late in the day. He came by immediately, made an assessment, stopped the leaking, then went out to get a new tank. He came back and began to remove/replace the tank. He finished up at about 10:45p and left with a short punch list that was later taken care of. Great service!
