I used plumbing king company for a service at my mother’s home. Nato was the gentleman that came to fix my paren’s back yard faucet that was leaking. Not only was Nato professional at his work but he was also very quick,polite, and patient with my elder parents who don’t speak English very well, and I was the translator on the phone between both parties🙂I would recommend this company for any one. Please make sure to ask for Nato. I had lots of plumbing issues in the past this company by far is the best! I also want to thank Steven who is the person that answered my first phone call and was very friendly and also accurate about the time he sent me our great tech Nato. Have always had good service from them. Called this time for a dishwasher replacement. Trey came out and couldn't figure out how to remove the old one. Not sure what he did for almost two hours but he did give the homeowner a bill for $140.00. My handyman came over later, leaned it forward and had it out within three minutes. Had the new in and running within 65 minutes. Geeeez.

I needed a plumber on same day and she showed up at my door in less than an hour. Sierra did a great job , answered all my questions, was so professional yet so caring. Reasonable pricing too. I would highly recommend her and Water Wise :)

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

If you're thinking of using this company for anything think twice. I had them estimate for what I needed and I about fell over backwards when the tech tells me my boss told me to discount your job, it will be $1950.00. Wow.....REALLY? Is that what its going to cost to move two A/C units 20 feet, with no obstruction of any kind, then put them back when the other part of the job is done. Needless to say, I had it done for $400.00 by a company that has been in business since 2000. Not just a fly-by-night company, they're on Angieslist and an A+ with BBB and not a RIPOFF. Run from #1 plumbing.
