Best Residential Water Heater in Henderson NV

My company has literally spent thousands of dollars with this plumbing company. Every time they came for the same issue they sent a different plumber so we would have to explain the situation over and over again each time. Every single plumber that came out offered a different solution at varied levels of cost to us and our landlord. We have old pipes and tampons, wipes, and toilet paper get stuck in there. They suggested a clean-out after coming multiple times to the location to snake the pipes because they said that we would be able to snake it ourselves, which cost hundreds of dollars, and that didn't work and we couldn't snake it ourselves. They suggested that we flush the pipes, we did this twice, costing hundreds of dollars, that didn't work. They came and snaked no less than 6 times over a six month time period. The last time they came I was out of town and my assistant was there. They snaked and reported that there was actually nothing wrong with the line, but happily charged us another $170 for the work of doing nothing. We finally resolved the problem ourselves by putting in a new toilet. We did the work, we didn't have Cassaro do it, and we haven't had a problem yet since putting in the new toilet. We paid them thousands to do all this work that never resolved the problem when all we needed was a stronger flush toilet. To make matters worse when they came the last time since I wasn't there they couldn't collect the $170 check. They sent us a bill. I tried to pay online and over the phone but they charge a 2% fee for using your debit card. Credit card fees are standard for clients to pay you this day and age. When I complained about the fee and how we had spent a great deal of money with them they told me I could go elsewhere and Rosanna said I could knock myself out when I said I was going to report them to the BBB. What kind of customer service is that???? They send different plumbers every time, who offered us useless, expensive, and different non-working solutions every time, then squabbled over a 2% fee when I wanted to pay them their $170. I hope the extra $3.40 was worth this review and the loss of all our future business and any business I might have referred to them, which I am in the habit of doing for companies I get good service from. I'm sending them a check because it's ridiculous for a company in 2016 to charge a percentage for paying with cards. Wake up, it's not 1980. I have such high standards for customer service. It bothers me so greatly to be treated this way. Customer service is always the most important part of a transaction to me. I'm so terribly disappointed in the way I've been treated and especially with the interaction with the people on the phone. All for $3.40. What a waste.

I used plumbing king company for a service at my mother’s home. Nato was the gentleman that came to fix my paren’s back yard faucet that was leaking. Not only was Nato professional at his work but he was also very quick,polite, and patient with my elder parents who don’t speak English very well, and I was the translator on the phone between both parties🙂I would recommend this company for any one. Please make sure to ask for Nato. I had lots of plumbing issues in the past this company by far is the best! I also want to thank Steven who is the person that answered my first phone call and was very friendly and also accurate about the time he sent me our great tech Nato. Thank you so much plumbing kings!

In and out quick service, did PM on my hot water heater and gave a discount due to the tank not being very dirty. Changed 2 bibs. Will use again, thanks Jerry S!!

Jack Dish is a great plumbing service. Our plumber was Nelson, and he was clean and professional and came on time. He answered all our questions and solved our problem very quickly. We will call them again when we need a plumber. Excellent service.

Love the professionalism

I am absolutely happy with the service provided by Dan’s. I submitted a request for quote on Yelp and less than 10 minutes later I was messaged back. Very fast response. I was a little hesitant at first because they had only 4 reviews in Yelp and 22 on Google. But I did notice that they are a fairly new business so I took that into consideration and I am extremely glad I went with them. I checked out their website and felt really comfortable with what I saw and read regarding their experience. I certainly prefer to support local small businesses if possible especially in the times we’re living in. I called Dan on Sunday at 9:30 am and by 12:30 pm the job was handled. My outside water spigot broke off at the pipe connected to the wall and I was super stressed out and worried about water damage and how expensive it would be to fix. This happened on Saturday night and I had to turn off main water valve so we had no water until it could be repaired. I waited to call someone the next day because I was scared how much the cost would be for emergency repairs on a weekend night. Dan contacted me within minutes of my Yelp request and quoted me over the phone with pictures I provided by text. He was at my home within an hour and a half. He checked it out confirmed the repair and gave me a plan of action. He came back with assistance and they were done within minutes. True to his estimate, which was very reasonable, I wasn’t hit with unnecessary repairs, costs or fees. I had other estimates over the phone that ranged any where between 100 and 200 more with cutting into my stucco. Dan was able to do the repair with very minor altering into the stucco around the pipe. I can patch that myself. He and his assistant were very professional and courteous. Being in customer service myself, i really take note of how I am treated especially under difficult circumstances. I will definitely be calling them back for future repairs and I cannot recommend them enough. I will be giving them a great review anywhere I can to help potential customers in their search for an honest and reputable business.

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

Don’t hire these guys they don’t do what they are paid todo, and refused to fix the issue with out additional costs! They had a chance to make it right, but don’t care about doing there job correctly! Stay away you have been warned!

If you're thinking of using this company for anything think twice. I had them estimate for what I needed and I about fell over backwards when the tech tells me my boss told me to discount your job, it will be $1950.00. Wow.....REALLY? Is that what its going to cost to move two A/C units 20 feet, with no obstruction of any kind, then put them back when the other part of the job is done. Needless to say, I had it done for $400.00 by a company that has been in business since 2000. Not just a fly-by-night company, they're on Angieslist and an A+ with BBB and not a RIPOFF. Run from #1 plumbing.
