I've been calling scenes Friday and it's now Monday with no response and finally they tell me after I call them again. oh we can't get there until Wednesday this unexcusable to engor a customer for service makes think how poor there service could be they advertise same day service. Not true if I'm experiencing this

As a Realtor, I am regularly asked by clients for recommendations to service providers in all the trades. As a homeowner myself, I just had the MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE with the replacement of my water heater from Sam at Sin City Plumbing. I would like to give him 10 stars for his professional service, professional and pleasant attitude and the extra effort he made to be sure I was satisfied with the work.

When I arrived to my garage on Friday evening to an inch of water everywhere, it was apparent the water heater was done, gonzo, over and out! Of course, it’s the weekend. After being run around until Monday night by another company, I was referred to Sin City. On Tuesday at 9 was the first call and by noon I had a new water heater and no worries! And, this was not going to happen with the other company!!!

Sam called when he was on his way, got here promptly, diagnosed, got approvals and installed in less than 90 mins. And with a smile and a sense of humor. I’m so grateful.

Thank you to Sam and Sin City!!! I have my new resource for plumbing issues! And- hot showers!

We had a great experience with this company. They fixed some issues we had with our bathroom door and replaced a faucet in the master bathroom. I would definitely recommend and use their services again.

James was the gentleman who came out to rejuvenate our AC system. He was very professional and friendly. He cleaned everything out, checked the whole system and was very informative on how each one was working. Straight and to the point. I like it that way. Our AC’s now run more efficient and use less energy.

I got a water bill from last month of $1085, it's normally about $45. Obviously there was a water leak, but saw no leak. I looked on the web and found A Better Plumbing with great reviews and called them.

Juan came out shortly after that and was very knowledgeable, giving me all the options and suggested a good way to check where exactly the leak was.

We came to the conclusion that the leak was in fact in the main water line into the house. He wrote up an estimate and got to work right away. A while later he was joined by Mike who also worked very hard to get the job done.

They started at noon and by 6pm we had water back in the house! They could have quit early and come back another day, but are still here closing up the trench and of course making sure that there are no leaks!

I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The lady in charge (Stacy) is so rude and unaccommodating. She gave us a ridiculously huge time window and expected us to come home early from work to wait for the technician to maybe come at the beginning of that window and was unwilling to shorten it. We have already had to reschedule once because of this issue, and she was just as unfriendly and rude the second time around. We haven't even gotten this issue resolved because she has made the circumstances impossible for us to work our lives around. The rest of the staff may be very accommodating and do great work, but dealing with her is absolutely not worth their business.
