They came and did an estimate and did the work of finishing what another plumber company was unable to accomplish that evening. There was no overtime charge in the evening on a Friday, I think? It was 8:30PM or 9PM that they started, and they did a great job. It was clean, neat, and efficient. They stayed around to make sure everything was operating as it should. They gave an estimate, and the estimate was what they said it would be. I will definitely use them again.

I have used Elite’s services for the past 5 or 6 years. I needed to replace a part on my heating unit. My old company said it would take a week or so to get the part. Elite got it same day or next day and their price was less. Since that time I have used them for maintenance on my past house as well as my current residence. Their Silver plan includes maintenance visits twice a year (one in the spring for the a/c and one in the fall for the heater) prices at only $50. I upgraded to their Gold plan @ $199 which includes the maintenance checks in the Silver plan plus additional services.At each service appointment they are always on time (sometimes they will call and move forward the appointment). Always professional and clean up (if necessary). Great service at reasonable prices unlike some of their competitors. Highly recommend.

Ura was AMAZING !!! I was originally expecting Robert, but he was out sick. SCP called me ahead of time to offer a reschedule with Robert or assign Ura. I told them Ura would be fine as I had read great reviews about him also. I was NOT disappointed.... Ura was FANTASTIC !! He was experienced, knowledgeable, understanding of my worries and concerns and VERY quick with repairs while explaining what he was doing.
