Best Repair And Installation Of Water Heaters in Henderson NV

They charged me $322 to unplug a drain. Wrote “ no refunds on drain cleaning”. A day later I had same problem. Had Elliots come out for $76 and have had no issues. I’ll never use them again

I had a nightmare of an experience with a local plumbing company here in Las Vegas. After much frustration and being fed up for an entire weekend I decided to give Catania & Son a call. I knew Wayne from his previous work at my condo and he showed up on time to install a new dishwasher. After the dishwasher install Wayne went right to work to take care of the debacle under the kitchen sink that the previous installer poorly put in.

Here is a list of everything Wayne had to fix from the previous company:

1.) Strainer was bad on the right side of the sink.
2.) No caulking around garbage disposal and sink strainers.
3.) P-trap arm was too short and this caused leaks because they forced it over to tighten the nut. This led to a strain on the pipes which caused a small leak that would have gotten worse.
4.) Used silicone around sink which looked awful…. Should have used white caulking.
5.) Lastly, a dishwasher install is a plumber’s install (a dishwasher like a water heater is a plumbing fixture). ***I was told by the previous plumbing company that they do not install dishwashers***

I am happy to say Wayne got everything fixed for a very good price. Garbage disposal runs like a champ, caulking looks dynamite, the pipes underneath look like a million bucks, and lastly, no leaks anywhere!

Dan’s service is impeccable. Expedient & knowledgeable, he & his technician replaced the broken water line from sidewalk to my house. After assessing the problem, Dan explained in detail what & how the repair will go forward. Upon completion, the landscaping(lawn) & cleanup was back to normal. A job well done! Never came back to finish the job. I hired A-1 Action to fix a runny toilet. They said it was fixed and after they left I heard the toilet running again. I called and they said they would be back the next morning. I called them back and said how about in the afternoon. i had morning plans already. They never returned or called to reschedule. Yet they took my money!

Very rarely do you meet a professional such as Mike Rehac at My Plumber LV. We found Mike online and it was a fantastic experience! Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. Our house was ready for dozens of guests coming in and we were able to be ready and have our kitchen ready for action. This is the best plumber we've ever worked with!
