Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. Jerry came on short notice for a sewage problem we were having, and came up with the fix as best he could for a very fair price.

Extremely satisfied with the work done, very kind and courteous as well. Definitely a diamond in the rough living in a sea of shoddy tradesmen. Will definitely be recommending them.

Ryan was very friendly, he came early than my schedule time, he cares about the job is doing and what it is the best to satisfy his customer.
He went through the attic and check it to make sure everything was fine there. After that Ryan climbs to the roof and find what it was wrong. He showed me the part need it to be replaced and gave a great explanation of the issues.
They proved to me they are honest and care about their customer. I am very happy with his job.

After days of calling a variety of handyman services, I found 702 Services on Yelp and gave them a call. They came out the very next day, at exactly the time they said they would. They repaired a couple of outside doors that were difficult to open/close and installed weather stripping in about 30 minutes. The workers were professional and considerate, wearing masks and booties, and they cleaned up after they finished the job. I'd hire them again in a minute.

We have used Anytime Plumbing in the past and used them again when our water heater gave out on Saturday over the long Memorial Day weekend. Although we could not get someone to come out till the next day, it was better than another company which would not be able to send anyone till Monday.Michael showed up at the time when we were advised although we were advised the dispatch dept would call ahead but did not.Michael was courteous, thorough in explaining to us the issue and upon being given the approval, finished replacing the water heater within the time promised. He cleaned up after himself as well.Anytime plumbing continues to deliver. Thank you.

The main worker that came to our property was always in a bad mood and seemed to be bothered by everything. Completely unprofessional and poor work quality, they had to redo the job because it broke again within two days. Will never use this company again.

Had to use Ideal services for our home warranty for a leaky angle valve under our bathroom sink. The plumber came out and diagnosed the problem stating what the problem was and how it had to be handled by converting galvanized to Cooper for the stop. This then went through home warranty that stated they will pay for repair except for the access behind the wall which was 120$. I approved the order paid the 120$ and rescheduled for the repair and upon wall access they drop another 135$ charge for pipe fitting which was known had to be completed on initial evaluation. The plumber also promised to do both angle valves since the wall was open already, and it wouldn't be that bad of a fix since he is already there. The additional fee of 135$ was never discussed or mentioned and the management at Ideal services was contacted and take no accountability or even assistance in solving this issue on their end. They operate a terrible business model that is literally nickel and dime the customers for everything possible, they also fail to take any accountability for there workers making promises to the customers. This has been a nightmare of service dealing with this business and they should be ashamed how they operate.When I asked the plumber why he didn't do the other angle valve after he told me he was going to do both he hesitated and said alright I will do it. He then came back in stated he contacted his boss and due to me complaining and contacting the warranty company and his office that he would not be able to do the repair anymore because of me calling and raising concerns. Seems as if you have a problem with this company they will literally do everything they can to make your life more difficult, I now have a much larger hole in my vanity under the sink because he opened more than needed for the second angle valve and then he backed out of the repair.Extremely disappointed with the service provided and I would not recommend this business to anyone, I strongly recommend reading the reviews from all outlets their star rating does not lie it is awful.If this company loses the warranty contract which they should, be careful they probably won't last in business very long based on their track record.
