Best Preventive Maintenance Service in Henderson NV

I called elite on December 7 2017 because my heating system wasn’t working so they sent out a technician over to look at my unit $25 charge to come out .My unit is in a pretty good condition the technician never mentioned that about my unit, he checked the unit and came to a conclusion that I needed a new unit because the unit was on a lock out and there’s was nothing he could do to fix it . He offered me a new unit and thank goodness I refused to buy it I told him I was going to shop around before to buy it . After I called about 10 different companies I found a guy actually the owner of sun city &cooling inc I explain him over the phone what was wrong with my heating he came over and took him about 10 minutes to fix it by just replying a part and for a very cheap price now you know before you call elite

TL was great to work with. When our AC stopped working in 100*+ temps, they were here within 2 hours and the repair was done efficiently within an hour. TL was prompt, professional, and personable. The price was fair and the work was done well. We will definitely use them again!

There were 2 related occurrences for using Goettl. 1st was 11-20 for a clogged kitchen sink. Nato arrived on time, was just the right friendly & professional. He got right to work like a trooper & freed up the drain which was seriously clogged & took some time. He is a recent hire with Goettl yet TCOB like a pro.Fast forward. 11-29 the drain clogged again. I called Goettl for info on what my options were. The appointment setter-Brooke-was charming. Said at times badly impacted drains required more extreme measures & she would dispatch someone to determine execute a fix. Andrew arrived 12-1 ready to do battle with the blockage. He was also personable & professional. With the use of a camera he ran through the line he determined the culprit, gave us options & his recommendation.We feel good about giving our experience with this business, these service technicians a 5 star review.R & C Stewart
