Best Preventative Plumbing Maintenance in Henderson NV

UPDATE 9/23/22: We had to call on Adaven again yesterday due to an emergency. Steven and Jerry responded immediately and took care of the issue to our complete satisfaction. Jerry still has his customer oriented business sense that you don't see much of anymore. He stands by his work and truly cares that his customers are happy. We are so grateful to have them for all of our plumbing needs and wouldn't consider using anyone else!

We have used Adavan Plumbing for the past couple of years for all of our plumbing needs. They have installed a water heater, a water softener, a toilet, and have done a number of plumbing repairs in our home. The guys are always neat, clean, respectful of our property and do a great job. Steven, in particular, has been extraordinarily professional and dependable. Jerry, the owner, is very responsive when called upon and it's obvious that customer satisfaction is extremely important to him which I appreciate so much because it's a quality I don't see in many others these days. I highly recommend Adavan Plumbing!

Dan installed our water softener. He informed of things we could do to keep the system running smoothly. He charges a fair price and is a friendly guy. I have recommended him to neighbors.

The communication for the arrival of the technician was great and he arrived in the promised time frame. Joey was amazing. He explained how he had to fix the problem and also was very informative with other upcoming projects I have.

Alexander S. flushed our water heater and inspected the pipes in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry area. He was very professional, great with his job and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions in a manner I would understand and he was patient and thorough with his explanations and recommendations. I would recommend this company!!!

Straight up, best as it gets!! As a new home owner with a bunch of uncertainties around my new home, I found it refreshing to have the staff and technicians actually know what they were doing, while explaining to me what’s going on in my house. I never felt pressure on having to fix something that wasn’t broken and they didn’t give me so outrageous estimate. They made my experience quick and easy, in a time where it could of been a lot more frustrating with someone else. Definitely going back to them each and every time.

Nikki was very professional and explained everything that was going on with the A/C in our home. She was very kind and helpful even while telling us that we had to replace the unit. Then she helped make that happen.

I called best late at night because my water heater broke, not only did they answer but to my surprise they were able to send someone out within an hour. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They pulled the permit and replaced my water heater also cleaned u after themselves without me having to ask them to. I am extremely happy with the service they provided and will be using them again in the future.

Called these plumbers in Las Vegas for a water line repair at my rental property and they were great. Office communicated with tenants and myself. Great customer service and pricing was competitive. Will use again.

Person answering the phone was very nasty and rude. I was trying to explain my situation and she clearly with attitude. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
