I had used Elite for jobs in the past and they were good until the this happened...A tech came to service our AC Unit and was fiddling with our electrical panel. As she was doing so, the lights in one of our rooms went out. She then proceeded to inform us that we would need an electrician to fix the initial problem with the AC unit. An electrician came out and solved our AC issue but now I'm stuck with a diagnostic bill to try to fix the lighting problem that Elites tech created. When I called to speak with a manager, he was smug and dismissive. With a straight face he told me it had to be a coincidence that our lights went out when his employee was messing with our electrical panel! This is laughable and a total attempt to skirt responsibility. This business is a joke and the way they treat customers is pathetic. I had plans to use them for regular services in future. Not any more.

So these guys showed up on time and was finished within 15 minutes. I would strongly recommend them not just for speed, but their fee seemed fair and they had all the parts they needed to do the job right the first time. Way to go gents👍👍

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

Robert was here in 10 minutes at 6pm in the evening. He fixed the clogged garbage disposal in 15 minutes with a 3/8 cable and successfully restored my drain line back to normal. A++
