I saw Elite Heating & Cooling at a home show. She offered two free annual inspections - one on my furnace and one of my A/C. The first guy came to assess my furnace in early spring (just after heating season). Nice guy, knew his stuff, everything was ok (you're always afraid they're going to find something that will make your free visit cost you something! But he didn't! :) )Then Jesse came last week to check out our A/C unit. He offered to let me watch the inspection (which I always like to do whenever I have anything serviced!) and explained everything as he went along. He said the freon was good, the motor had already been replaced, and it was the original in my 1997-built house. It's not running very efficiently but nothing I need to worry about right now.He sat down with us gave cost if & when I would want to switch over to a new unit (they offer Trane which is an excellent, high-quality choice!) and gave two options: to replace everything including furnace or just a new compressor and air handler). No pressure, no sales pitch, and he really knows his stuff and took the time to explain everything.I would highly recommend Elite. Very happy with their service, honesty and knowledge.

These guys are great. They work quickly and efficiently and are so friendly! We'll definitely be hiring them again when we update our next bathroom.

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.
