Just had Gabriel and Gary come by to fix a leaking water heater. Informed me of all my options and made this process very easy. Replaced the tank and left within an hour.

Disgusted by the blatant discrimination I was shown by Jose. His estimate was a joke! I had a broken shower valve, he quoted $1470.00. I was sick thinking this was a major issue. 495.00 to cut drywall and cap the lines, 975.00 to complete the repair another day next week.When my husband showed up he tried adding a 15% discount... to help us outNot only did we go with another company the entire repair came to $340.00 and it was completed in 45 minutes.Jose wouldn't even give me the respect in letting me know what went into the job. Just said 150.00 flat rate, and parts have mark up on them. Jose doesn't have your best interest in mind.

They offer an excellent apprenticeship program in plumbing. It's a four year program to gain a journeyman card. It is a paid apprenticeship with many phenomenal plumbing contractors involved. As long as you put in the footwork you are guaranteed a promising career that will always be in demand. No matter how bad the economy may be a plumber will always be needed.

THESE FOLKS ARE NUMBER ONE . But this trip, tec tried to up sell me for $189.00 to clean 1 year old dirty a/c coils, or buy a $190.00 gold service warranty. I feel that since I bought the unit from Elite, the tec might have taken the time to clean it at no charge? I'm 80 and doing this myself ain't on my bucket list. Gas is $5 a gal., and $189.00 to clean dirty coils is not happening. I don't think would take 20 minutes, and tec was only here a very SHORT time.........Joe

Extremely over priced, one of there plumbers Michael Cormier was the only good thing I can say about the company. He was on time, polite, an communicated all my options to me so I could save money on my new kitchen.

Would call again if needed. Highly recommended. Very nice, fair price and best of all, they left the place cleaner than they found it.
