Tyler was great. He could have taken advantage of the situation, but he was honest about the situation. Instead of going for the worest case, he took care of the problem with minimal expense to me. I was charged $900 to replace a P-Trap, which is a $205 job with another company. I had a $12k mini split ac unit installed and their subcontractor decided to board up an existing hole that I paid to repair. There is literally just a board screwed to the outside of my house. It looks like trailer trash. I complained to the BBB and Ambient tried to make it right then provided me an additional quote for $4,000. Way overpriced. Will never do business with this company again.

They charged $110 per hour this plumer spent almost 1/2 the time repairing his very old equipment, I had to loan him leather gloves and provide plastic to cover my carpet
I will never use this company again and the people they have answering the phone were rude

I called the office to ask how to obtain an employment verification.
The woman did not say her name and did not want to give it to me.
Her tone of voice was as if I was bothering her.

She advised me to email the request so I did.

I called the office back and asked to speak to the manager to inquire if they received the request. The same dispatcher Who answered the phone previously refused to transfer me.

If they treated people with more respect he would not see so many one star reviews.

Ace-A1 Plumbing ROCKS. If the service person hits a snag, the owner comes to work it out. Used them 2 times, both times perfect.

I called rants two times in a couple of past years. Set up an appointment only to get a no call, no show. I have seen their work since and it’s terrible. Don’t waist your time with this joke of a plumbing contractor. I have almost 30 years in the construction industry as an electrician. I can honestly say this company is the worst!!
