Aaron was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job.

We had Tyler from plumbing kings come out to fix a slab leak. He sat our house on fire, 911 was called, and the fire department responded to put out the fire. The owner Stephen refused to cooperate with my insurance company who had to go to court to recover their funds and my deductible. He refused to cooperate in any way after the fire occurred. He never even offered an apology. He then still sent a bill demanding payment. He would not even provide my insurance company with his insurance information. Stay far away from this company as the owner Steven is not trustworthy and will not stand behind his work whatsoever.

Kurt was very professional and detailed. I could not have been more pleased by his finished work and reasonable pricing.

I received an estimate to detect and fix a foundation leak, for almost $3000. Most fortunately I found the phone number for ACTION PLUMBING. Kevin took much more time to examine and explain the problem and the solution. He quoted me a little more than half the previous estimate. Magical MARIO appeared exactly on time. He explained why and what he was going to do and proceeded with his magic. He came back the next morning to correct something a previous plumber had done. As long as I live in Vegas, ACTION is my plumber.

Arcadio and his partner were professional and extremely helpful/informative. Never felt pressured to pay for anything however they gave an honest assessment and explanation of the state of my system. I decided to proceed with the preventative maintenance at their recommendation. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The toilet wouldn't stop running and the shut off valve was stuck open. They arrived promptly and were able to change the valve and replace the flapper assembly.
I will use them again and recommend highly them.

Although I wasn't able to use service from Pure Plumbing at this time..I really appreciate how courteous & professional the office employees helped in assisting me. Once I realized my plumbing issue was covered under my home owners insurance & after speaking to my insurance agent..I was advised to wait to be assigned a plumber by my insurance company.I haven't had to use any plumbers since living at my residence..but if I ever have a plumbing issue in the future..Pure Plumbing will be my first choice!

Ideal plumbing was very professional but they are very busy all the time. I think that the delay in receiving service is waytoo long a delay. It was 8 days from first contacting First American Warranty online to get the job done. From 1/17/23 to 1/25/23. That was too long. Especially when I pay on time every month. I expect the job to be conducted in a timely manner. 48 hrs would be reasonable, not 100 hours. This job was for faucet leak in the tub and patio. Lots of wasted water while waiting.

I asked for a plumber to solve a few problems. a plumber technician showed up with a helper. Looked at everything in my house. He went to his truck and came back with a list of everything he felt needed to be done and with a quote of $40,000 but if I buy the contract it would be $34,000. I just wanted my water softener looked at and a valve fixed outside my house. So disappointed. Nothing was fixed and he would call me for approval and to arrange financing. He was nothing more than a salesman, Total ripoff! for example $968 to change out my garbage disposal which I never asked to a have done. Hmmmm

We noticed our outdoor clean-out was overflowing so we called these plumbers. We have used them in the past and have always been happy with their work. He came out and cleaned out the sewer line. The work was well done.
