I made my appointment with Goettl over a month ago for AC maintenance. I took the day off so that I can be at the home with no issues. about 2 hours before my scheduled appointment they sent me a text saying they are too busy and I would need to reschedule.I called the number to reschedule ant the next available appointment they quoted me was end of July. Are you serious? So basically the person on the phone told me the only people who are getting an appointment now are emergencies.Goettl spends all of this money of advertisement yet when come time to book it's impossible to get them to your home.

Worst service ever. I called in service for my ceiling fan not working. The electrician named Ivan literally just looked at it, he didn't even touch the fan and told me yeah it must be the capacitor, you need a new ceiling fan. What?! Lazy assessment and on top of that he didn't even have a ladder or step stool with him, he asked me if I had any! What kind of technicians does this company have!? Thankfully my warranty covered this or else I would've straight up not paid for the services. Never gonna refer this company to anybody.

I hired this company off of Angie’s List, I left a review there also but it seems here the reviews are more honest. I got charged $547.00 for one hours work! They had to cut into the wall and I understand they have to quote to include if there are problems. BUT when there are no problems charge your customers accordingly!!! $547.00 for one hour....stay away from this company
