Water heater replacement done within 3 hours. Plumber came and surveyed the problem. Gave me an estimate that included everything. Then installed the new water heater right away. The price was a little higher than expected, even with an old folks discount. It was done professionally and the estimate was the final price.

They offer an excellent apprenticeship program in plumbing. It's a four year program to gain a journeyman card. It is a paid apprenticeship with many phenomenal plumbing contractors involved. As long as you put in the footwork you are guaranteed a promising career that will always be in demand. No matter how bad the economy may be a plumber will always be needed.

I called Vegas Strong after I had a different company do a maintenance check on my furnaces. The previous company claimed I needed a lot of replacements. Vegas strong came out without knowing this and only found one part that was not performing properly. Needless to say, they were immediately asked to fix the part and gained a new customer. My technician was Scott and he was terrific!

I call to gat an estimate and was told by the laidy that answered the phone that they were not taking any work and then she just hung up the phone. I run a construction business and our office is right next door.

I happened to call them for an estimate to replace our old water heater after hearing about them from another neighbor here in Townsite (Henderson guys, come on). They offered to come out to do the replacement the next day. Their price was very competitive and my research showed they use a high quality product. The water heater technician were prompt and courteous. After the installation, the tech gave me a rundown on what to do to maintain the water heater and said they would follow up with annual maintenance emails to remind us. I've never had a water heater installer do this before. All-in-all, a great experience.

Terrible service and I was a long time customer. After market parts and sloppy craftsmanship on our A/C unit. We will never use this company again. Buyers beware! Use at your own risk!

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

I called the office to ask how to obtain an employment verification.
The woman did not say her name and did not want to give it to me.
Her tone of voice was as if I was bothering her.

She advised me to email the request so I did.

I called the office back and asked to speak to the manager to inquire if they received the request. The same dispatcher Who answered the phone previously refused to transfer me.

If they treated people with more respect he would not see so many one star reviews.
