Ura plumber has a good understanding of air pressure testing to find gas leak outside the apartment & inside beside the stove. He is punctual, professional who knows what the job as a plumber. I called Pentagon Plumbing, Red Carpet Plumbing, Climate Control Experts and their plumbers refused to do air pressure testing. Ura plumber knows exactly what needs to be fix. Had a plumber come out and fix our flush valve. He did a good job, but left our toilet seat lid all scratched up. Innovative Plumbing was kind enough to give us a call back and remedy the issue. They sent out another plumber the next day to replace our toilet seat lid at no charge. Thanks again Innovative Plumbing!

What kind of company does not call you back to finish the job? This one! The service ticket was opened through my home warranty company and after several days, a plumber showed up to inspect my toilet, which has a bad seal. A brief 5 minute visit confirmed this and I was told They will need to get approval to replace the seal. After weeks of not hearing anything back, I called the home warranty company. Supposedly the claim was denied, there was a completely different report given on the situation. We got the ticket reopened and asked for the company to come back out. After 6 WEEKS and multiple calls from the warranty company, we still have not been contacted. The job has been assigned to another company to be completed. Very unprofessional.

Beware of the unprofessional person who handles the phone calls I was accused of doing things that I didn’t do talked to very badly and then when I asked her not to talk to me that way hung up on very unprofessional as for the service they did come out
