Jimmie R arrived at my door, he was polite & professional. I explained the problem and he went to work. I also told him how old the system was & we went over some of the advantages of the new systems. Then he called Aaron C to come talk to me. Aaron arrived, confirmed what Jimmie and I discussed. Aaron was quite professional. My wife arrived home and Aaron patiently describe our options. Badda bing we are getting our new system installed Wednesday. I work for NVE operating a power plant so I understood how grave the pictures that Jimmie took & showed us. My wife is in sales all her life so she & Aaron came to a price.
