This was not my first time calling Allstate for my home repair needs. The level of service was excellent as always. However this time I want to share my rating due to being surprised in a positive way by an Allstate technician.
In my house we take street shoes off to protect the floors and to keep the house clean. It is customary in my culture to do this. Since it is normal for people to walk in their street shoes inside houses here, I usually ask all service personnel to put on shoecovers, which I provide upon their entry to my house.
It was amazing to notice Ruslan, an Allstate technician, taking his shoes off before entering my house without me even saying anything. He must have paid attention to my feet when I greeted him.
I appreciate this company for hiring the right people, and making sure their technicians not only know how to fix things, but also respect households they visit as part of their service.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my a/c go out. At first I thought perhaps it was not working well due to the excessive heat outdoors. I rent from a family member and we discussed it. She called Ideal Services and had the fortunate experience of having Willy as my professional technician. Willy has been courteous, professional and patient. He has done a thorough job replacing the a/c unit today. Willy is very kind and seems to genuinely care about his customers. Willy helped to make the unbearable heat bearable through hope. As I sit enjoying the ice cold air on my back right now, I would like to say thank you to Ideal Services for having Willy on your payroll! Thank you for everything Willy!

We got the special deal Tune up through Home Depot in Las Vegas, and of course it is an opportunity for Yes! A/C to find repair opportunities. That being said, they did a GREAT job for a discount price. We got technician Jesse Avitia and he rocks. He was trailing a trainee - Byron, and they were both very professional and friendly. They wore the booties on their shoes while in the house and were super respectful of our home. I followed the guys around and they were glad to chat with me and teach me anything I wanted to ask about. I watched them through the whole process and asked any question that came to mind - and learned so much about my A/C units, how they work, and smart ways to maintain them.I know that so far this sounds like a kiss-ass fake review, but I'm just honestly a dude who bought a house last year and new to the A/C maintenance game. Jesse was everything you could hope for in a repair guy, he said he has 11 yrs experience and I wouldn't doubt it. He appeared to confidently know his business. The guys were able to show me the capacitors that were starting to run low as they deteriorate over time, detect low coolant in one of my units, and show me the replacement motor and shoddy wiring done by previous repairs.I certainly recommend getting this service done, especially through Home Depot for the discount price. It's like less than half the price of a normal Tune up/Inspection, and with two separate units it made a big difference for my pocket. I'm not sure if Home Depot subcontracts you to Yes! A/C every time, but whenever you're doing your scheduling, find out and see if you can request Jesse A.
