Okay let me start off with how great this company is. The staff was easy to make an appointment with. They were respectful in my home, sweet and kind and got the job DONE with no issues.
First we made the mistake of going through our home warranty with ideal services for a clog. They said the problem was unfixable and tried to upsell me for 500+ to unclog it.
I was in a bind with water comming up our bathroom sinks so I reached out to Loyalty Handyman Plumbing Services. They were AMAZING they came that day and unclogged the unfixable problem in just a few minutes. I will most definitely be going through this company again if any other issues occur in my plumbing. This company was contracted our Fidelity home warranty for a minor water leak.... these guys are FRAUDS! They attempted to get us to allow a mandatory asbestos test on a property built in 1992. Which no only is expensive but never covered by the home warranty and these guys know it. I tried to file a complaint with the Nevada contractors board and found this company isn't even licensed.

After days of calling a variety of handyman services, I found 702 Services on Yelp and gave them a call. They came out the very next day, at exactly the time they said they would. They repaired a couple of outside doors that were difficult to open/close and installed weather stripping in about 30 minutes. The workers were professional and considerate, wearing masks and booties, and they cleaned up after they finished the job. I'd hire them again in a minute.

I was able to get a technician to come fix my ac the same day. Alex was very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Will definitely be using their services again. Will be mentioning them to any friends/family. I highly recommend them!!!!

I was assigned to this company throw my home warranty because my A/C stops working......this happened 5 days ago!!! They give us an appointment for today! 07/18 between 11am and 3pm... and guess what? Nobody call us or give us a heads up!!! They will be not able to come or something. I called them they put me on hold like 3 or 4 mints and they said they will call back as soon as they have any news... it's been almost an hour since...With this heat... I mean what unconsider company!!...WHAT A POOR SERVICES!!!
