Adaven came to the rescue after waiting around for another company that kept waisting my time and not completing the plumbing work they promise they would do. On June 18 my bathroom was cloth due to plumbing issues, I called Adaven and Jerry for their services. He fixed it, and I had no more worries. I explained my situation with the sewer lines and plumbing and he quickly understood and provided me with an estimate by Monday June 20th. Quickly we coordinate the dates and he work around my schedule!! On June 27 he started the job with his team and completed June 30th. Along the plumbing he assisted me with getting someone take care of the drywall. Jerry is realiable, profesional and transparent with his work!! Would highly recommend hiring Catania and Son Plumbing. I hired them to replace a faucet in a rental home and they provided a competitive quote and coordinated the work with the tenant. The tenant reported they were very nice and the work was done well.

Update: We needed a plumber again recently and did not hesitate to call them for another quote. They answered on a weekend, gave a fair quote and did another great job.

Thank you so much to Eric and the Water wise plumbing team. We moved into our home over seventeen years ago, and after a year of moving in, we started having issues with our sewer when it came to our toilets.

Everytime family would come down to visit, without fail, our toilets would clog. We eventually had someone come down and try to determine what the issue was, and we learned that it was a pipe heading towards the street.

We didn't have the funds at the time to resolve the issue long term, so we had to wait. Now that we have the funds, we were directed to Water Wise through American Homeshield, and I'm so thankful they recommended them.

Eric and his team are professional, efficient, friendly, but most of all, affordable. They had estimated that it would take 3-4 days to fix everything, and they were right. It took a total of 4 days, and every night, they would put the pipe back in place so that we could use our bathroom and shower at night.

Eric walked us through what would be done to our pipe, but as he dug further, he found the real culprit, and it was buildup from way before we even moved into our house. Eric explained the situation to us, and got the tools that were needed to finally fix our problem, and even though it would cost us a little extra, it was completely worth it. So, again, thank you so much, Eric and your team.

We are definitely satisfied with your company's work, and we recommend them to anyone who needs help with their sewer. Also, we learned that they are 24/7 on call, so if you ever have issues at night during the weekday, and even the weekends, you can call them for help.

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.
