There is not enough I can say about my experience with Water Wise Plumbing. It was all positive and one of the main reasons is Roshon. My water heater broke and the company who installed it absolutely refused to even touch it. I was without hot water for five weeks. As a matter of fact the owner of the company who initially installed the water heater screamed and slammed the phone on me and refused to help me. Roshon was absolutely fabulous. He was patient and kind. He explained everything and spoke with the warranty company. On the day he replaced the water heater he stayed in contact with me throughout the day letting me know when he would be at my house and when it was finally completed. When people are in this situation without water, he is the example of how to handle customers. Thank you again Water Wise. I truly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

I noticed one of the toilets in my house was slowly moving sideways and when I looked, I noticed the bolt holding it down to the floor was no longer attached. I used Yelp to request quotes for plumbing services. Several responded but only BC Plumbing offered to inspect without a charge. BC Plumbing responded promptly to my request for service. Kurt and Joshua came out to my house at the appointed day and time. They identified the problem and other issues and proposed the repairs to be done. They even took care of the old toilet, so I don’t have to dispose of it myself. I am very pleased with the quality of their service. They are prompt, responsive and professional. I highly recommend BC Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber.

Service Plus Plumbing was recommended to us when we found out we had a leak at the water main. Matt came out at the time that was scheduled and immediately gave a recommendation for repair as well as a fair and honest quote. He scheduled us to get our repair the next day. Matt’s team arrived first thing in the morning and had the hole dug and pipe repaired in no time with minimal disruption in service. Appointment scheduled for 2pm to 4pm. It's now 5pm and nobody's here yet. Yes, we received a courtesy phone call, around 3pm, to say the tech was running about 45 minutes late ... but that doesn't help us at all. Why does this or any other business schedule appointments if they don't honor them????
It's now 5:05 and a technician just called and said I just got the call to come to your address. (What !!??!!??!!??!!??) Funny ... considering I called for an appointment, 2 days ago. I'm NOT impressed with this service.

12:25pm/02Mar - In fairness, I have to add the following information. When the repair tech finally did arrive ... HE WAS AWESOME!!!! Extremely polite, very prompt with his assessment and resolution AND didn't charge for the service call because of the inconvenience of the late arrival. Would I would recommend this service? Yes!! But, be wary if you schedule an appointment.

Very professional and very friendly customer service

We had a hot water leak under our foundation and Bryce and Brandon did a great job repairing it and cleaned up very well. Bryce explained everything he was going to do ahead of time and made the experience less stressful than we anticipated.

Victor was great, he explained details in a kitchen sink garbage disposal replacement and also a shower leak cartridge replacement. Thanks for great customer service Victor!
