Great customer service, they do what they say, when they say. This is a town full of flakes, Mach 1 is the one you can count on. Fair pricing and it does not change as the project goes on, like so many others. Greatly appreciate these guys. Quality installation and extremely knowledgeable.

Customer beware! Pricing is beyond outrageous. Probably any plumbing company would be a safer bet than this one. They have unjustifiable pricing. My job specifically involved less than $30 of common sink drain parts available at any hardware store and no more than 30 minutes of labor directly under the kitchen sink. No difficult task at all. They wanted $719 for it. Like Nancy Reagan said... 'Just Say No' and then call virtually any other company. A real RIP OFF operation!

Was referred to this plumbing company by a friend over a year and a half ago. First time they came out to fix a valve in the backyard that 2 different plumbers could not fix and Matt the tech did a great job. Today my water softener went out, and lucky for me, the same tech arrived that was here a year ago and replaced the water softener. Keep this guy Justin...Not only are these guys great at plumbing and customer service (Brandy) hope I spelled it right :).. They will never over-charge for the great work they do. Only company I will call for any plumbing needs.

Tony is a great guy who tells you straight out what the issue is and gives you a fair price. He fixed our plumbing needs quickly and efficiently.

Jason was one of the most professional plumber I had worked with. We had a problem with our tankless water heater. Jason came within the hour and got it working. It wasn't actually the water heater issue. It was a corroded pipe that was making the equipment not function properly. Thank God for Jason. Previous plumber have over looked this, but Jason was able identify the problem and got it working quickly.

Hired to find leak(s) in my pool. Tech came out, and didn’t identify very much.

I called out a second leak detection company, and they identified multiple leaks, a couple of which were extremely obvious.

Very poor quality service, and the best they offered was $75 off of a $450 service.

I would have happily paid $450 if it were a competent job, but they missed so much it was mind boggling.
