I was advised of my options, made aware of alternative systems, and we agreed on a course of action. I was quoted a price fair enough that I didn't even think of negotiating, and Tony was on it right away. I was in a pinch and there was a massive crisis at the house with our plumbing. I called Code Red and they were the only ones who told me they would be there in less than an hour. They arrived promptly and quickly took care of the issue. Highly recommended and will be using them again.

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.
