Hard workers! My normal plumber referred me to Cassaro Plumbing for some sewer work we needed to have done at our commercial property. They were polite and tried many solutions. We had a tricky problem that took a lot of work and a ton of figuring out but they stuck with it and still charged me a fair price.

I'll be using them again when I need work my residential plumber doesn't do (although, I hear Cassaro does residential, too).

Prompt, courteous and professional would definitely use them again!!

There are plumbers and then there is the plumber! That’s Mach 1 plumbing. When our kitchen drain backed up, Mach1 was there in 30 min, we had our water heater break, Mach1 was there! Thank you Doug.

We had a leak in the pipe outside our house that was spewing water out uncontrollably. We didn't have a cut off just to that area and had to shut off water to the whole house. We contacted Service Plus Plumbing and when Matt came out he was able to quickly diagnose our problem, the PVC pipe had come loose as the two pipes connected. He was able to fix the problem quickly and we haven't had an issue since! Thank you!

They were on time and great overall! Took cared of everything that needs to be taken care of when it comes to replacing two of our toilets!

Oversold job, dishonest about the experience and quality of their expertise. They get their subcontractors from OfferUp. Maybe they are better in some ares or out of the box DIY projects but I wouldn't look to them for anything serious or requiring expertise. With great appreciation, I recommend Plumbing Solutions for all plumbing needs. This company actually returns call and show up on time. Dennis and the office staff are very professional and I received excellent customer support. Dennis answered ALL of my questions
and was very METICULOUS. Dennis never rushed through the installation of my water softener and insured I was completely satisfied.
Dennis is PATIENT and has OUTSTANDING customer service skills. I consider him a friend and not just another service provider trying to pull a quick scam.
I wish anyone reading this can experience what long lost excellent customer service feels like again. Thanks again Dennis and company, I have your number saved in my phone. You earned my trust.

I called the office to ask how to obtain an employment verification.
The woman did not say her name and did not want to give it to me.
Her tone of voice was as if I was bothering her.

She advised me to email the request so I did.

I called the office back and asked to speak to the manager to inquire if they received the request. The same dispatcher Who answered the phone previously refused to transfer me.

If they treated people with more respect he would not see so many one star reviews.
