Precision Plumbing came to our aid today when our hot water heater died and flooded our garage. They dispatched a technician and kept me updated on his arrival time. He shut off the water, provided a fair estimate and then completed the work. He did the entire install himself and explained things to us. Pleased with the fast quality service we received.

We had a wonderful experience using Plumbing Kings. This company came recommended from a friend and they are very professional and understanding. We caught a little luck since the damage didn’t require third party contractors and the subfloor wasn’t soggy. They could use most of the existing parts keeping our total to a reasonable amount by just replacing the normal wear and tear items. We were able to fix this particular problem so we can continue our snail-pace at renovating ‘this old house’ (built in 2007- haha) It is always scary thinking there could be thousands of dollars in repairs after removing the toilet but having an honest plumber is a really nice feeling. These guys are great and they aren’t out to recommend unnecessary repairs.

Mike was assigned to service my place and he is very detailed about the cause of the problem.He just didn't look at the cause of the problem but he uses his bare hand to exactly look and feel where the root of the problem is coming from and he answers every detailed questions thrown at him.Very nice and hard working guy..Red carpet had the best, best price ever, answered your call right away and service you asap..thank you mike.

I called and my message was promptly returned next morning - polite office manager took all the warranty info and gave me a time window of 3 hours and convenient date. Doug came exactly at 7 am with his son, and everything was installed in 10 min. I asked about the possible work to be done on older faucet and receive quotes and was presented with a good choice of potential replacement. Service was efficient and smooth. The whole experience was short of amazing - all things done well.
