Our new upstairs HVAC would not run AC when we tried for 1st time yesterday. We called Fetch aTech this morning & Jesus Rodriguez arrived within 1hr. He spent about an hour running diagnostics & identified & fixed the problem. AC running great!! Thank you Jesus!!

Myles was great. Showed up on time and finished the work sooner than I thought it would take. Called on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend and got same day service. Time it took from my initial call to completion of a water heater replacement was less than 4 hours.

Called and requested an electric receptacle be installed at a client's Las Vegas office. Left explicit notes with Alex regarding the proximity of the breaker box (within 6 feet, in the same room), the exact type of receptacle needed, and was told that not only would we get an estimate same day, but that we could approve over the phone and have it installed immediately. The electrician Steven arrived and had no idea what needed to be done. The onsite staff had no idea what needed to be done, we were contracting the work remotely. Steven then tells me that the work cannot be completed today, which means we need to reschedule the installation of the battery backup and other electrical devices onsite.If you need service in a pinch, look elsewhere. Unreliable.
