Best Gas Heating in Henderson NV

This was my first experience with Elite. I got home at 8pm and noticed my AC wasn’t turning on. Elite answered my call and said a tech would be out in 90 minutes. The tech, Nick, arrived in only 20 minutes. We had AC again by the time we went to bed. Elite will be my first call from now on. Thank you Nick.

Had the pleasure of dealing with this company. First off, dealing with Scott was a if you will forgive the pun, Breeze. He showed us all the various options and the financial breakdown for each unit and options. No pressure, just like having a friend over for a chat. Wesley, who took the initial survey of the current system was very knowledgeable and gave us an idea of what was possible and Scott came over that same day to present options based on our situation and current status. The very next day we had Oswaldo, Fredo, Elo and Jesus here bright and early and ready to for the out with the old and in with the new. These guys worked tirelessly in the blazing heat for hours and did a perfect job. Sure a new A/C is no small purchase, but you think of it as an investment that will serve your household for years to come. And I am of the mind that I would like smart, polite and professional folks facilitating every step of such an investment. This is my long-winded way of singing them praise, because the experience and results speak volumes about their compan. A+

Unresponsiveness

My experience from start to finish with this company has been incredibly good!! Those I spoke to on the phone were great. So polite and helpful. I felt completely comfortable doing business with them. Carl was so cool and my service guy TL was so nice. He made me feel relaxed and assured the right thing was being done and cost would be fair. In fact the overall experience made the decision to buy a maintenance plan with Active P&AC easy. I feel we're in good hands and I'm no lo ger concerned with something breaking down. Our home is 8 yrs old so we were waiting for some problem or other. Thank you very much!

They showed up as requested their availability was great...but thats where great ends for me. The technician checks out the furnace and the bad news begins...the parts are going to be at least two grand and your furnace is so old dont know when they will be available...but we can be here tomorrow to install a brand new furnace with their generous discount and a five hundred dollar coupon it will be just $5600.00 which should have been a huge red flag. Anyway in the meantime a friend stopped by told him the situation he also took a look had the parts here in two hours and the furnace running in 3...for $460...So I can't with a clear conscious recommend this place to anyone.
