I was sent a technician to assess the problem and give me an estimate; and another technician to do the actual repair - Sam Cuvin. At first meeting, Sam is friendly and professional. He was masked. I watched Sam work and had questions along the way, and Sam graciously provided answers. He explained what he was doing as he worked which was a great learning for me. I'm very pleased with Sam's knowledge and the service he provided. I'm sure I'll use Sin City Plumbing again.
