I live in the Las Vegas area and the warranty company sent out a plumber who promptly told me I needed a new toilet for $400, after he shoved an entire roll of paper down the toilet and after telling me I purposly stuck a foreign object down the toilet. I called Roto Rooter and they sent out a great guy, Francisco, who quickly determined the problem, fixed the problem in 10 minutes, and told me I did not need to spend money on a new toilet! I love this company! They not only saved me money but were courteous from the start, on time, and really knew their trade! I definately recommend this company!!!!!

I just want to give a shout out to Myrna, Rocky, and the crew that assisted my home this past week. My momma always said to me, when you come to a home, before you leave, make sure you leave it better than you left it. All I can say is this, for the work that was completed on our home, the main line water pipe was broken, Rocky and their crew, completed a phenomenal job, in fact, the work was 10x better than the work that was received 2 years prior from a prev company. The price quote doesn't get any better, especially for the work that was done. My family and I owe such appreciation and gratefulness for the speed, price, and quality. After calling several plumbing companies regarding a leak in my front yard on a weekend with no response, I called Bosch Plumbing. Didn't leave a message as I figured no one would call me back. To my surprise, i received a call from Keegan while he was at a conference. He saw my number and called asking if I had a plumbing problem. Explained that I thought i had a broken pipe in my front yard. Said he would come out and look at it on Monday. Keegan showed up, right on time. Told me he was sick that morning but was feeling better. He started digging to see where the leak was. Get this, the owner of the company is digging. 1. Called me back after me not leaving a message. 2. Showed up on time. 3. Still came out after not feeling well. Impressive!! Based upon the condition of my supply line, Bosch Plumbing had to replace my line from my valve to my water softener. Did an excellent and timely job. Keegan and Tyler are great and if you need an honest, hard working, no nonsense plumbing company you can depend on, I highly recommend for any plumbing job you have. Gary Stewart

I’m cancelling my home warranty and getting one that doesn’t work with them. Ideal Services is the worst company i’ve ever dealt with. I’ll make sure my warranty company knows it’s because of them that I’m cancelling.
