I have never had to call a plumber before. Most everything my fiancé will just fix himself. But this go around unfortunately it just was t something we could do on our own. Having such BAD experience with anyone that comes to your home for work, plumber, electrician, gardener, groomer, etc. they always try to upsell youbor rip you off. Being a new home owner the initial come out is FREE! Frank was absolutely wonderful. He sat with my fiancé and poured over the job, and not once did he EVER make us feel obligated or pressure us for anything. He worked with us, and went above any beyond GOT THE JOB DONE. I will forever reccomend specifficaly him to ANYONE needing a plumber. My fiancé and I appreciate him spending the extra time to fix this cracked pipe in our garage wall. When we called precision and set up the appointment, Inactually read through the reviews and noticed all the good words on Frank, so I called back and specifically requested him. Made a great suggestion that will help us prevent prevent the lint build up in our vent which in turn will extend the life of our unit and help prevent a potential fire hazard from occurring. Very rarely do you meet a professional such as Mike Rehac at My Plumber LV. We found Mike online and it was a fantastic experience! Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. Our house was ready for dozens of guests coming in and we were able to be ready and have our kitchen ready for action. This is the best plumber we've ever worked with!

We recently acquired a condo in Vegas and we called Straight Up! to fix a bathtub leak that has been causing an issue for awhile now. The lady that answered the phone was polite and found an appointment time that fit into my schedule. The plumber that came out explained what was happening, why it was happening, and most importantly, how to get it to STOP happening! He gave us multiple options to choose from and we found a fix that fit our budget. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their professionalism, honesty and customer service! They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and we will certainly be calling them the next time we need a plumber!

Never came back to finish the job. I hired A-1 Action to fix a runny toilet. They said it was fixed and after they left I heard the toilet running again. I called and they said they would be back the next morning. I called them back and said how about in the afternoon. i had morning plans already. They never returned or called to reschedule. Yet they took my money!

I had a great experience with HTA. My water main broke on my side and they cam out and repaired in a very efficient way. Brad was my technician and he was friendly and professional. I will recommend HTA to all my people for plumbing needs. Thanks HTA - Lifesaver today. :-)
