Best Emergency Service Call in Henderson NV

Highly recommend this company I would call them for any of our plumbing needs. Nick was great we had been without water for five days he came out give us a fare estimate and in under 2 hours we had our new water heater.

So grateful for this company. Plumbers don’t usually work on Sunday’s and my water pipe happened to break today & I was able to get it fixed within an hour thanks to them. Frank R. Came in less than an hour , was very quick & efficient he did a great job!

Tyler with Plumbing Kings CAUGHT MY HOUSE ON FIRE doing a slab leak repair. Tyler ignored my statements that my house smelled like smoke & me visibly seeing smoke come out of the wall in an adjoining room. Tyler then left an active flame to go outside to the street, the flames grew inside my wall so I called 911 because it was out of control; he NEVER put it out right away. $14,000 in damages according to my insurance company. The owner Steven, as you can see in his unprofessional response below, is in utter denial. Catching houses on fire is normal to Steven I guess. My insurance company felt differently along with everyone else who's seen these pictures. He continually sent harassing letters to my home & threatened to sue us & threatened to put a lien on our home for filing a claim with our insurance company. He denied ever setting our house on fire, never received a simple apology for their negligence, & refused to cooperate with our insurance so they had to sue him. Almost 1 year later court is done & Steven finally paid for the damages caused by their negligence. Steven is still threatening to sue us & making up lies about my husband. I make sure to tell everyone I know to use anyone but Plumbing Kings! Horrible owner horrible business!! Will use Pure Plumbing from here on out they have been wonderful unlike my experience with Plumbing Kings!

Everything about these guys was extremely professional, timely, and most importantly did phenomenal work. Will use them again for any work I may need in future, you should too!

Top notch Sam showed up at 6pm and walked me like a toddler through the stress of a broken water heater. I recommend the company which is friendly and responsive but especially Sam who was beyond helpful and really knows his stuff.

Service Plus Plumbing came out to my house twice for two separate plumbing issues. Chris was amazing at taking care of both problems we had. He was so professional, careful, and informative. Most of all, he was transparent in everything he did. It was one of the best experiences I ever had of a technician coming to my home. I can't recommend Chris and Service Plus Plumbing more! They are the best in the valley.

Straight up, best as it gets!! As a new home owner with a bunch of uncertainties around my new home, I found it refreshing to have the staff and technicians actually know what they were doing, while explaining to me what’s going on in my house. I never felt pressure on having to fix something that wasn’t broken and they didn’t give me so outrageous estimate. They made my experience quick and easy, in a time where it could of been a lot more frustrating with someone else. Definitely going back to them each and every time.
