These guys showed up on time with the most professional attitude. First thing they did was set down heavy duty plastic to protect my floors and a plastic wall to keep the dust down. They were quick and didn’t take the easy way out. The job actually took them an extra hour or 2 because THEY were not happy with the way the tub was sitting, so they redid some stuff to make it right. After they finished they did a detailed wipe down of everything and left the bathroom in great condition. I’m very happy with the work and I will definitely be calling those guys back to do my next shower!

They were hired by our GC for a home renovation. They connected the pipes incorrectly and tried to say it was a preexisting condition, then they installed a circulation pump incorrectly, it was extremely loud and I found out it was discontinued plus they never asked what we wanted to put in the first place. The GC replaced it. They installed a recirculation system so that we now get hot water but not cold and the only way to fix it is to rip apart the walls again. The plumber they sent to install a fixture (hot dial produced cold water and vice versa) didn't know how to do it correctly and tried to get away with saying that's the way it is. In the beginning I did not realize how this was going to come out and set up a meeting with the owner/manager for another project but he never showed up to the appointment, never called and I waited for nothing. I understand that things happen but there are just too many and when you bring it to their attention, they try to ignore you. If you don't mind things like this go for it.

Came on time, very professional in everything they did and left the area clean and tidy.

I found Straight Up Plumbing after seeing the commercial for Home Advisor a few times and decided to give them a call. My call was answered by a very kind lady by the name of KeIlie. I spoke with her and was scheduled with an appointment date & time for an estimate only. A few days later a friendly, and very professional technician named Daniel came to my home and inspected my leaky kitchen faucet. He gave me an affordable estimate, with the option to have Straight Up provide a new faucet or I could buy my own. I opted to buy my own and immediately hired Daniel for the job. The repair was done 1 week later with excellent professionalism and I am giving Straight Up Plumbing 5-Stars 🌟 in all categories!

Our Plumber David was very knowledgeable. He was very thorough. Everything was fantactic. It all went very smoothly. He was very courteous. We live in Las Vegas, and have tried different companies. We will absolutely call Roto-Rooter the next time we have any plumbing issues.

Decent terms for financing and fast.. they where here under 2 hours ... found the problem and had the parts the next day

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.
