NTI has been a great tech school to attend. Jasmine, Tina and all the other admins are amazing, super friendly and supportive. I just finished HVAC/R Fusion course with Adam as my instructor and he provided nothing but the best. He explained everything you need to know thoroughly and was always more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Adam truly cares about his students success and will go the extra mile to make sure you succeed in your future HVAC career. Overall NTI hands down has been the best schooling experience and I highly encourage anyone thinking about going to at least set up an appointment to talk with them.

We had a unique project at our business and called a multitude of plumbers to come out and quote us; all were overpriced, some even got the details of the quote wrong, 1 took a week to even get back to us and had to be prodded before we could even receive the quote. This is for what I considered a fairly simplistic task; I got so frustrated, I bought the supplies myself, and was getting ready to dust off my sweating pipe skills and just knock it out myself.
Enter Dennis! Immediately, he put me at ease. I explained to him what we needed done and my frustration with the other plumbing companies; he beat their price by a country mile. In fact, once he saw I had already bought the materials, he said he could do it that day! Boom, decision made. He worked around our schedule and came back the same day when it made more sense.
He did a fantastic job, and was very methodical and proactive; he set up what he called his laboratory to make sure everything stayed clean during the process, which we greatly appreciated.
I was so impressed, I'm making him our first vendor for all of our plumbing needs, and am going to recommend this company to others as well. Well done, Dennis!

Worst ever! ..going to file smalls claims action on these bastards! .. had minor issues and they botched the job, then left, now my house flooded and they will not come back to resolve!We bought this house in June this year.. have home warranty … have had some different plumbing issues but one minor one was upstairs bath ..In the tub you have the faucet.. and on the faucet you have the “diverted” you pull up to take a shower…that issue was minor in the diverted did not work that well and so if you took a shower you got very low pressure at the shower head and most on the water flow still flown from faucet… it was a minor issue we lived with for last 6 months it was not a big deal.Anyway we had different plumbing issue we call the home warranty (a leak in an outside pipe) but under the same claim ask them to also look at upstairs bathThe home warranty sent Ideal… Ideal look at the two issues and told me that have to check with the home warranty to see if it would be covered and would get back to me in a few days… a few days went by a they came back saying they would not fix the main issues the leak in an outside pipe, because it was outside….But would fix the upstairs bath ..they just need to put on a new faucet but it take a few days again for the partSo then Ideal comes out late after 6 pm on a Tue to put on the new faucetThe Ideal guy replaces the faucet (it just the chrome tub water spout that goes over the water pipe from the wall) then the Ideal guy tell me Someone over tighten the set screw in the faucet and the put a hole in the water pipe from the wall (well it was not leaking before) .. now this hole is outside the wall but he will have cut the pipe back to fix and will need to get home warranty to authorize that … But in the meantime it ok to use it will just leak around the faucet.So the Ideal guy leaves that Tue night with ok to use shower but waiting on home warranty to authorize additional work for permanent fix …I use that shower for the first time after Ideal Thursday afternoon and come downstairs to find my dining room directly below that same shower flooded!..The water dripping from ceiling and water running out from wall… the wood floor in my dining room is covered in water the water is wicking up the legs on the dining room chairs legs… this is not a little drip this is a major flood from the upstairs shower!...And again remember that we been use that up upstairs shower for six months with no issue… but after Ideal worked on it.. it now floods the downstairs!So I call the home warranty telling them to get Ideal on the fix the flood problem the created ASAP! …Ideal calls the next day .. tell me the home warranty did not authorize the extra work they talked about Tue so I will need to pay for it… I tell Ideal that my downstairs now floods after they worked on the upstairs shower!...But Ideal claim it normal wear and tear and will not come back unless I pay they to fix it or home warranty to authorize additional work…Note that Ideal will not even come to back to look to see what happen.So before Ideal low pressure in shower ..After Ideal downstairs now floods out…But per Ideal it’s not their problem..without even looking at it

Both Mike and art were very professional. Art did a good job with the plug sink and Mike was very knowledgeable. Both men would be welcome in my home again for further work. Thank you to both of them and to yes air conditioning and plumbing thank you.
