It is never a problem with the 2 best Pro-Installers I have ever met. Needed a. HANDYMAN once, and they sent me the best. After 3 1/2 years, The $75 Handyman is still with me. He is honest, dependable, attentive and caring. Hector Perez can do anything at very reasonable prices. Thanks to the Henderson, NV store, we turned a mess into a real home! Guess what, you guys? Ideal Services is the company that my home warranty (AHS) uses. I called for a problem with a ceiling fan that had stopped working (light worked but the fan would not spin). Within an hour of calling AHS I was contacted by Ideal Services for an appointment. I was given an appointment window from 0800-1200 for the following day. At Approx 0805 (the day of the appointment) I, received a call form their tech (Riley) who stated he was on his way and gave me an estimated arrival time. Once he arrived, he diagnosed the problem (fan motor) and stated that he could replace the fan or I could opt for the cash payout. He informed me that while they did not have the same model of fan that I currently had installed, they had a similar model. The size and the finish of their model was the same but the light fixture and globe were different. Riley went on to suggest that he might be able to swap out the light fixture and globe from my current fan to the new one. Within 35 minutes of his arrival the new fan was replaced and looked exactly like the one that was previously installed. I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism of Riley or Ideal Services. As long as AHS continues to use Ideal Services, I will have no reservations about their quality, timeliness of work or professionalism.

We called them to fix an irrigation valve leak in the front yard. A man came out in a huge Yes! truck full of equipment and supplies. He took one look at the leak and said This looks like a pain. Then he paused for a few seconds and said Sorry, I don't have the parts. and left without fixing it. If it's a very simple job, you might be able to count on them. If it's an annoying job, don't expect them to bother to fix it.
