They fixed the problem that I was dealing with for over a month, knowing that my property manager wasn't trying to actually complete the job and has been playing with me the entire time since I moved in.
But they also left the job in complete leaving pipes untaxed from the wall leaving me to have to deal with my property manager once again. I would recommend using this company but make sure you stay on top of them.

My problem are that only hot water comes out of the shower & water is leaking from the toilet. Quick answer, Easy to talk. He fixed well. He is honest. I highly recommend him, and if there is a problem. I’ll call him back.

Helen, Jerry and their son are just quality folks. Helen always takes my call (or gets back quick) and is super responsive. Jerry shows up when he says he will (sometimes he's even early!) and is kind to my pets, kids and respectful of my home and time. We've had a ton of different things worked on and fixed by the Catania family (our home is 25-ish years old). They're professional, quick, and don't charge any more than they need to. I've had them give me a lower quote when they found that my plumbing problem wasn't as big as they'd initially though - that's great service! And they don't ever have to come back, because once they fix it - it stays fixed. I don't need to call anyone else for my plumbing problems. They're the real deal.

Doug and his team we able to inspect a potential leak that we discovered in our condo. They were able to do the initial estimate and repair work on back to back days and the work was done beautifully and quickly! He and his team were all very knowledgeable and helped us understand our options, as well as recommend a plaster repair company for additional work we are considering. Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???
