Thomas and Autumn are both great employees of Precision Plumbing. They both are professional with very good personalities and great passion toward their job. I have not needed to call back of Thomas's. work. He did an excellent job.

Misdiagnosed a toilet tank leak as a wax ring and charged $500 to replace the ring then wanted to change again to come fix the tank leak. Claimed it was a miraculous coincidence that the tank started leaking the day after they replaced the ring

I mistakenly had put the wrong foods down my garbage disposal which caused it to clog. I was able to clear the clog on my own but the dishwasher, in turn, would not drain. I called Hawthorne Plumbing to fix the clogged dishwasher and to repair the leaky faucet that I had tolerated for several months. The technician, Michael, responded and took care of the issues. While fixing the clog, he pointed out that the two shut-off valves for the sink were corroded and the plastic handles had broken off. I am the original owner of my house and seeing as how it is 28 years old, I had Michael look at all the other valves knowing that they were the originals. Indeed, the majority of the valves needed to be replaced and the job was completed in a timely manner. I didn't price shop nor collect other estimates so I have no idea if I paid a fair price for the job or not. All I know is that I could not have done the work myself and I feel comfortable knowing that I should, hopefully, get another 28 years out of my shut-off valves! ha!

They were hired by our GC for a home renovation. They connected the pipes incorrectly and tried to say it was a preexisting condition, then they installed a circulation pump incorrectly, it was extremely loud and I found out it was discontinued plus they never asked what we wanted to put in the first place. The GC replaced it. They installed a recirculation system so that we now get hot water but not cold and the only way to fix it is to rip apart the walls again. The plumber they sent to install a fixture (hot dial produced cold water and vice versa) didn't know how to do it correctly and tried to get away with saying that's the way it is. In the beginning I did not realize how this was going to come out and set up a meeting with the owner/manager for another project but he never showed up to the appointment, never called and I waited for nothing. I understand that things happen but there are just too many and when you bring it to their attention, they try to ignore you. If you don't mind things like this go for it.

For the first time, a totally functional shower thanks to the skills and professionalism of Abel. We would never call anyone but Allstate for any repair or installation. The owner MR. Robert insisted to charge for a service that was not complete, unexperienced worker showed up, and didn't even diagnosed the problem, just jumped into conclusions , bottom line the whole company was more interested to make more money than providing satisfactory service, will never call them again, I can't even give them 1 star, they all suck. After 30 minutes negotiating end up paying 275.00 for not doing anything, just for showing up, Trust me if I can humiliate them more in acceptable manner I would for sure. please see photo the way roto rooter employee left, even though got paid, GARBAGE, I am sorry for have to mark on a star otherwise will not be post the review, Unwillingly as they don't deserve even a zero.
