Dan’s an awesome plumber with great customer service. First time I called was from searching google looking for a small business I could feel good about supporting and also who would charge me fair prices. Not only was his price more than fair, his service was excellent. He came quickly as it was an urgent call, finished the job in a timely manner and even stayed and explained how what he was fixing worked so I understood what happened.

Since then he’s my go-to plumber I’ve called MULTIPLE times my for my home and businesses. He’s a good guy with tons of knowledge up there and experience, you can’t go wrong calling Dan.

Service Plus Plumbing came out to my house twice for two separate plumbing issues. Chris was amazing at taking care of both problems we had. He was so professional, careful, and informative. Had my water heater go out at 4pm, Roto-Rooter was out by 5 and back in the morning at 9 with a new water heater for no more than I would have paid elsewhere but without the wait time. They saved me a huge headache, invoice number 38059, my tech Francisco was the best!

Goettl Air conditioning and plumbing in Las Vegas is only professional in selling you a new AC unit whether or not you need it. We had an electrical wiring problem with the line the melted and feeds energy to our AC unit. They charged us 1500 for nothing but fake parts they say we needed. They never put parts in the unit. We fought with Goettle for three days. We called another company and found out it was an electrical wiring problem not the AC. 5 days later at 116 degrees each day we got an electrician to change out the wire and it is now working. Your company is a scam, selling new units to desperate people in the middle of a heat wave.

Travis was professional and knowledgeable, and fixed all the issues we were having. He spent a lot of time showing/explaining to us the issues and evaluating our system. I would recommend Pure Plumbing and Travis and we will also use again.

I have used this company many times over the years for a variety of maintenance issues as well as new projects in my home and have NEVER been dissatisfied with them. I recently used them again and wanted to share my praises only to find some really absurd complaints. They are honest and eager to provide great customer service if given the chance. I've had too many friends truly ripped off in Las Vegas so I tell everyone I know to use them! They will work with you to accommodate your schedule as much as possible, not only do they offer you a time frame for your appointment but they will call you and let you know they're on their way to your home...all you have to do is answer your phone. Their prices are very fair, because let's face it a business is in business to make money. I don't know about you but I don't go to work for free and I don't expect to hire someone to do work in my home for free either.

This plumber is the best! There were gas leaks pipes underneath my house. I made a service call within 2 hrs and he arrived at my house. After examined thoroughly and confirmed the leaks, he provided the quote with an estimated times to complete. He proceeded to do a very fantastic work.
