Jennifer needs to check her attitude before calling people. Wow. The only reason this company is in my house is because they were hired by my rental management company. Otherwise, I would never hire this company.

Their call center staff is rude, their service techs are lazy and don't dontheornjob, they just take your word for it and now they're supposedly coming out to fix my plumbing issues against my wishes. Because they're willing to do it for cheaper., But probably not the right way.

Have had many, many excellent services from Home Depot Store #3302. From Pro Installers to Warehouse Employees, no one can top this team of professionals. It is never a problem with the 2 best Pro-Installers I have ever met. Needed a. HANDYMAN once, and they sent me the best. After 3 1/2 years, The $75 Handyman is still with me. He is honest, dependable, attentive and caring. Hector Perez can do anything at very reasonable prices. Thanks to the Henderson, NV store, we turned a mess into a real home! Guess what, you guys? We've only begun! Thanks to every single one of you!

Daniel and crew did an excellent job pulling and replacing my complete ac unit. All were very knowledgeable about all aspects of removal ad install. Especially working in temp above 120 in the attic they continued until complete. He gave me a tome they would be complete and work was completed at that time. Sleep very well in cool house. Thanks to everyone that was associated with this job.

Service Plus Plumbing came out to my house twice for two separate plumbing issues. Chris was amazing at taking care of both problems we had. He was so professional, careful, and informative. Most of all, he was transparent in everything he did. It was one of the best experiences I ever had of a technician coming to my home. I can't recommend Chris and Service Plus Plumbing more! I was desperate to get water heater repaired, my home warranty sent out IDEAL SERVICES the technician was terrible he only repaired a small leak but not the pilot light , long story short I called Sanderson Plumbing left a message and a kind man immediately called back, I told him my problem and he told me exactly how to get the pilot light to stay on, the tech at IDEAL SERVICES wanted $300 to search for the problem and the easy fix was to get the small amount of water out of the pan, because the water heater breathes from the bottom..the other tech told me it was being suffocated from the inside or possibly the exhaust system, I shop vacuumed out the water and the pilot was working again as good as new. Thank you so very much to Sanderson Plumbing I've told all my neighbors and friends to call this wonderful company for all their Plumbing issues. They get 20 stars 🌟🤩
