It is never a problem with the 2 best Pro-Installers I have ever met. Needed a. HANDYMAN once, and they sent me the best. After 3 1/2 years, The $75 Handyman is still with me. He is honest, dependable, attentive and caring. Hector Perez can do anything at very reasonable prices. Thanks to the Henderson, NV store, we turned a mess into a real home! Guess what, you guys? Doug and his crew are amazing! I needed a water softener unit installed and he came out and installed it quickly. I highly recommend Doug and Mach 1 Plumbing.

We called and they knew that it wasn't an emergency but still arrived the same day. They installed a soft water system and replaced a toilet and were the best plumbers we have ever used. We will definitely put on our list to call first when we need any sort of plumbing work.

The guys were very informative, showed all of our options to us, and after purchasing a new system as well as a maintenence plan, they installed our new hot water heater in a professional and timely manner. I would gladly recommend them to anyone!! Great job fellas 🖒

Paid $75 for them to come out through our home warranty, they came out that same night which we appreciated and the tech was very friendly. However, that was where the good experience ended. Home warranty was going to pay for new water heater and labor but we got a crazy and vague invoice from Allstate Service Group for $1,500+ for 'non-covered fees' to 'install' the water heater 'up to code'. When I asked them for a breakdown of the $1,500.00+, they couldn't give it to me and was told a supervisor would call. Never got an answer. Home warranty got some crazy breakdown about 'modifications' that were never discussed with me (I have an HOA so this is wild that they thought they could just modify my house without discussing things with me) and cannot even imagine how they came up with modification standards within the few minutes the tech was at my house (unless he is able to measure things with his eyes). Further, they did not even provide me with these 'modification' details when I asked for the breakdown. Overall, I know there is no way I was going to pay an additional $1,500 on top of what my warranty was paying to get a water heater replaced. That is nearly $2,000 in total. Absolutely shady.

Roto rooter is the absolute best plumbing service in las vegas ,...we had to call roto rooter after AIR SQUAD and PLUMBING was sent to us from AHS to fix a leak from under toilet and nothing would drain ,....when air squad and plumbing .... left the whole house flooded and fecal matter came up through my shower drain ,.......LUCKILY THE RECEPTIONIST AND APPOINTMENT SETTER /DISPATCH WITH ROTOR NAMED TRICIA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST ......SHE SENT JERRY TO ME WITHIN 45 MIN and when he arrived he had everything fixed and cleaned in under an hour .......ROTOR ROOTER IS A GOD SEND AND WE WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE USING THEM FOR ANY OTHER PLUMBING NEEDS 💯

Francisco and Albert did an excellent job at replacing a garbage disposal. They were professional, helped fix the problem and I look forward to having them look at future plumbing needs.
