I called 702plumbair to come and diagnose why my ac in my house suddenly stopped blowing cold air. The lady I talked to was super nice and was able to get me an appointment that same day which I was so happy because living in Vegas with no AC is terrible and we needed it fixed right away. Clarence was the technician that arrived at my residence and he was very friendly and he was able to find the problem, get the part from the store and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Scheduled an appointment to receive an estimate on a clogged drain. Was given a 2 hour window (2 to 4). We were told when booking, someone would contact us. No one did. Thinking because we booked through Google, perhaps it didn't go through. We called and they claimed to have received our request but they were busy. This was at 3:45. They said they would call when someone was on their way. Again, no one called. By 6 o'clock we had received no response from this company, so we canceled. The audacity of them asking if we want to reschedule. No. Will never use this place as they don't know how to conduct business. So unprofessional.

Beware of the unprofessional person who handles the phone calls I was accused of doing things that I didn’t do talked to very badly and then when I asked her not to talk to me that way hung up on very unprofessional as for the service they did come out
Told me I did not have a leak and now the water damage is very visible
