I am very upset with the service from today. I was called at 9am this morning and was told a technician would be out sooner than my appointment time, no body ever showed up , I was never called about the technician not being able to show up, then a technician finally came 10 minutes after the appt time i had , no one contacted me stating about someone was on the way or anything, I had to call the company and speak to somebody about the situation , not only that I come home to my parents telling me they had to pay $150 , when I specifically asked the girl last night when I called if the coupon would still be valid even if my parents had used it before , she told me yes that I can use it at the same address, then the technician tells my family that we can't use it because of the address. I am super disappointed, and will not be using this company again. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMPLOYEES AND TECHNICIANS ARE GIVEN THE CORRECT INFORMATION.

Asked them to come out and discharge my split system, redo 1 flange that was leaking and recharfe system (less than 5lbs of coolant) and they wanted to charge me over $1,200.FRACK THESE GREEDY BASTERDS. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT THEVES. I will find a freelance tech on craigslist.

Timely, professional and cared about my issues. I was concerned when I called and ended up holding for a minute for an agent but the agent was knowledgeable, efficiently routed my call to the team on the ground. Made two appointments this week, one of which I canceled, as I didn’t think I need it. My first call, someone was ready to be at my door within 2 hours of the call. The second time within 6 hours of my call. my second call, the team was busy and I had to leave a message and received a return call within 15 minutes. Once they arrived and took care of all my issues, it was such great service, that I signed up for the VIP program and received a discount on todays service. I feel confident that I will be in good hands for my future needs and the program seems like a good value.

I contacted this company for a quote and help with a leak that I wasnt sure where it was coming from. I asked if someone could come out and look at it so I would know how bad and costly the repairs were going to be. They wanted me to rip open the exterior wall of my house before the plumber would come. And I quote, For a diagnostic service call there is a charge. Our labor rate is 149 for the 1st hr & 129 for every hr after that. The problem has to be exposed to give a written estimate per my owner. . By the time they finally told me this (20 minutes later) I had already called another company that would be to my home in 2 hours. And it's already fixed. I tried to call this company and I received a text message that said it would be faster to text her. This is really bad customer service and I have no idea why they have received these good reviews. They dont even answer the phone.

Zacharyr was great! The problem was obvious, the sewage backing up to the bathtub. Zach gave me a break on the price. He ran the snake down the maintenance cleaning pipe out in front of the house. Afterward he had the camera looped down the pipe and showed me the problem, roots growing within the pipe. I will have Zach back later on and for any other plumbing down the road.
