Best Air Balancing in Henderson NV

I was with Elite for 3 years. I even purchased a system (not a complete system according to my conversation with the manager today.. you learn more about that below). My service with them have been pretty good. However, after my last experience with them I will be discontinuing my services. Most of the team, is pretty good. The issue is the MANAGER who has a “matter of fact” attitude when it comes to customer concerns. Apparently he has a Ph.D in air conditioning knowledge and he acts as if you are not one of his “colleagues” in then you are beneath him. He’s inability to relate to a customer when they have a justifiable concern is dismal. Use them, If you don’t ever expect to have an issue with your A/C in the desert. If you have this expectation, then go somewhere else!

Was dealt with a bad hand when my A/C unit at the house crapped out for the third consecutive year. We had 2 toilets installed recently, the technicians arrived promptly for our time slot.
They were very professional, explaining what the job entailed, issues they they found during the job, cleaned the job after they finished.
The new toilets look great!
