We had an issue regarding not having hot water and pressure. Charlie and Jeremy came out and being as though we know nothing about plumbing...said the switch was off from a previous plumber who installed a garbage disposal and dishwasher. Easy fix just turn the switch on 🤦🏿‍♂️.They didn't want to charge us, but we compensated them for coming out. Lesson learned.

Had a wonderful experience with Active Plumbing! Woke up in the morning with a wet floor and a water heater with a blown lining. A few hours later the new unit was installed and everything was back to normal. Carl was super nice and helpful when booking the appointment, making sure to keep me updated on the plumbers arrival. Tony did a great job on getting the old unit out and new unit in, and I couldn’t be happier with the job that was done. Professional service and a great price. I called about a clogged toilet at 2:15 pm and Juan was at my home by 3 pm. He used the snake and fixed the problem within 15 minutes.
