Brandon came in a did excellent job. He did the job that a previous plumber refused to do. He explained every step of the process and also gave detailed information during the process. If you have to contact Rotor Rooter this is the tech that you need to have on-site. He was honest fair and understanding of the situation. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

I called Gabri on a Sunday morning around 11am after I found my water to not be running. I explained to him over the phone and sent him a picture of my well. He arrived at my residence within 30 minutes. He instructed me on what to do until his arrival so my pump didn’t damage. He arrived and was very professional, introduced himself and went straight to work. He diagnosed the problem and showed me where it was coming from and advised me what I should do to avoid future problems during cold weather. Very affordable and very responsive. I definitely give him 5 Stars (10/10) for his performance and being able to work around the clock. Very knowledgeable of his work.

Ken and Gino provided excellent service and knowledge about our ac unit and what we needed to do to fix it/replace it. They both showed up on time and were very professional. We will be doing more business with go green in the future and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Our Hot Water Heater was leaking badly. We called a couple places for quotes. They were well over $3500 and couldn’t install it until next week. We called Edward & Mills (bc we use them for our church plumbing needs) and they came the next day! Phil was able to give me a good estimate over the phone after we sent a picture. We were happy to send a pic bc it meant they could come immediately with the correct parts. Jim and Dusty replaced our Water Heater, cleaned up the area (which they didn’t have to do). They also repaired a spigot and cleaned our dryer vent. Super nice guys. Explained what they were doing and why. Installed top of the line American Made equipment. AND they were well over $1500 less than the other quotes we received.

Driggers did a great job with my Septic pumping and inspection. I had no idea where my lid was located, but the technician (Shawn) found it and had things going in no time at all. They were very professional and made sure I was aware of the potential issues that could arise with my older system.

Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.

They basically declined my business because I wouldn’t tell them the credit limit on my CC. He then said he charges $338 an hour and it could take 4 hours once he gets out to unstop the drain and might not be able to unstop it and will still need to get paid. I said I understand but usually companies charge a service visit fee and give you a quote…. He then said he wouldn’t give a quote and declined the business. Wow
