If you need a FULL inspection of your septic system, make sure you find out what that entails. During the purchase of our new home Driggers was requested to do an inspection of the septic system to make sure everything was working before closing. They pumped and inspected the tank. After moving in we had issues with a blockage causing backup into the yard. When we called Driggers, we were immediately told that the county must be called and there was nothing that they could do. We called another septic company about the issue we were having. They told me that they would come pump the tank and determine if the issue was something that could be fixed without notifying the county first to try and save me some money and headache. They went above and beyond with customer service not only that, they actually FIXED our issue. The inspection we got from Driggers was a waste of time not to mention DEFINITELY NOT worth the $500 we had to pay. When I inquired about the inspection process of the second company that we called, their inspection was much more in depth for a minimal amount more. Wish I had called them first.

The team of Guy, Stephen, Spencer, Jonathan, Aaron, (also the electricians whom names I don't know) replaced/installed an HVAC system for me. They were very efficient and worked together well leaving site clean and in order. The team members were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and communicated status as needed. I would certainly recommend these folks for a system install!

Since his passing and moving into my new home, I continue to use this wonderful company for my water filtration of city water and checking my copper pipes. I continue to experience the knowledgeable and professional service that was experienced in the previous home. There has never been a problem with their work. Also, each technician who has been out, has taken the time to answer my questions thoroughly as well as show me how each different system operates. In my new home, they made sure I also knew how and when to replace the Carbon Filter for the whole house and the kitchen Reverse Osmosis, even showing me how to maintain my ice maker after having the reverse osmosis hooked to the refrigerator. I highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend All Plumbing Services of the Triad. Sunder ended up fixing a plumbing problem we had at our house that multiple plumbers couldn’t figure out. He was always on time and had time to answer any questions or concerns we had. He gave a written out estimate that detailed everything that was to be done and the price estimate. We felt that price was fair especially given the quality of service you receive.

This company was referred to me by my hoa. The owner came out the same day I called and was very professional. We made plans for the installation of my new water heater and everything went like clock work. The workers were there on time and stayed focus on their job. They were also very professional. All in all it was a very good experience.
