Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

Driggers Plumbing is on time and on the mark! They came to visit same day when I reported a septic issue and were here the next day to open and pump my tanks and clean the filter, which was what our primary issue was. Everything is working great and the price was extremely fair for the service. Daven, our technician, was informative, effective and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Marvin and Dan were both friendly and great to work with. When my water heater failed and I needed some plumbing rerouted and the new one to be installed, they came out the next day to assess the project, then fixed it in a few hours the next day (a Saturday!) Their work looked very tidy, they were fast, and everything is working perfectly. I couldn't be more happy with my experience and would recommend them!

Hot water heater died at 7am. Called John's at 7:15. Guys arrived around 2pm. Due to their schedule was going to have to wait 2 days for a new water heater. Some how they were able to send someone out at 5:30. Less than 4 hours later I got hot water again. Great company.

We had a frost free faucet replaced and a Sediment filter installed by Bill and he did a GREAT job! He was professional, efficient and reasonable. He provided a one year parts AND labor warranty. Our Hot Water Heater was leaking badly. We called a couple places for quotes. They were well over $3500 and couldn’t install it until next week. We called Edward & Mills (bc we use them for our church plumbing needs) and they came the next day! Phil was able to give me a good estimate over the phone after we sent a picture. We were happy to send a pic bc it meant they could come immediately with the correct parts. Jim and Dusty replaced our Water Heater, cleaned up the area (which they didn’t have to do). They also repaired a spigot and cleaned our dryer vent. Super nice guys. Explained what they were doing and why. Installed top of the line American Made equipment. AND they were well over $1500 less than the other quotes we received.

Had a terrible experience with them a few years ago. Finally feeling recovered enough from that experience to share with the world that working with this company was absolutely awful. There are so many fantastic plumbers in the Triad, go hire them and not this company.
