I called them on a Friday and they came out on Monday! Chris was great, he asked all the right questions and really wanted to help me. I didn’t have to wait hours for a call back, he kept in contact with me simply with text. I called Chris to help me get some repairs done to complete my due diligence repairs request. These guys got everything done in one visit. Plus Chris explained things to me, he didn’t have to but he did and was patient with my list of to dos and questions. Service was great they went above and beyond. Prices were very reasonable for everything they did. They made lifetime customers out of me.

Danny came out and provided us high quality service. He had clear expertise and explained things in a way that made perfect sense. He allowed me time to think through my decision and in the end he saved us tons of money by being patient and us working to find the root cause of the problem. I will like to take time out to give my review about Carolina Blue Plumbing, LLC and to Bill Smith the owner. This was the second time using them to repair a leak to my toilet in both my two bathrooms One last year and one today. We currently have a Warrenty Plan but for both incidents we went outside our network to call Carolina Blue Plumbing. Bill is polite, knowledgeable, honest and fair when it comes to the cost of your repair. He does not take advantage of his customers. He schedules appointments, always on time and he would even work around your availability to have your repair done. I’m giving Carolina Blue Plumbing five stars. Thanks Bill.

Our Hot Water Heater was leaking badly. We called a couple places for quotes. They were well over $3500 and couldn’t install it until next week. We called Edward & Mills (bc we use them for our church plumbing needs) and they came the next day! Phil was able to give me a good estimate over the phone after we sent a picture. We were happy to send a pic bc it meant they could come immediately with the correct parts. Jim and Dusty replaced our Water Heater, cleaned up the area (which they didn’t have to do). They also repaired a spigot and cleaned our dryer vent. Super nice guys. Explained what they were doing and why. Installed top of the line American Made equipment. AND they were well over $1500 less than the other quotes we received.

Fast and friendly. Woke up to no water. I called them in the morning and my well pump was fixed before the kids got home from school. I also think they were reasonably priced. Especially for the quick service.

Phase 3 did TWO complete bathroom remodels for us. These were complete gut jobs. The length of time to complete was very reasonable, the subs they used were good at what they did, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. Kaleb and his team did a very nice job. First 3 pics are the guest bathroom, the last 3 are the main bathroom.
