My husband called Williams heating and air this morning and they came out on the same day. On Wednesday, we were told by the competitor that we needed $3500 worth of work done to our unit. After careful consideration and the feeling that we were about to get ripped off, we called Williams. They came out and spent a couple of hours examining our unit and found that a simple relay switch was all we needed. We have a home warranty company that sent this crook to our home and they refused to pay to have the work that crook claimed we needed so that is why we chose Williams. I have to say they were very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for future use. Craig was very knowledgeable and honest. He didn't try to take advantage of us and that says alot about the kind of people Williams employ....kudos to you all.

They did a poor
job installing the system
My compressa went out two years u later And they would not replace it .
They say it would cost me $ 1900 For them to fix it So I am in the process of getting me a lawyer So I can Sue them. And I call news 2 who wants to know. Please please do not use these people.

We used Aurora pro services for a pretty big job, replacing an exterior box, consolidating two extremely old indoor boxes into one and updating various wiring between the two. Justin and Raul were both extremely professional and worked hard to get out power back on, I would recommend them to anyone.
