Driggers did a great job with my Septic pumping and inspection. I had no idea where my lid was located, but the technician (Shawn) found it and had things going in no time at all. They were very professional and made sure I was aware of the potential issues that could arise with my older system.

We have only been using Sutton Brothers since April of this year (2023), but they have been very professional and kind. Our A/C unit broke in July and the company sent a technician, Daniel, out on a Saturday. He was amazing and came 3x that day, even though it was his birthday. He ended up coming back a couple of days later; he worked tirelessly and with a great attitude. In the end, we needed a new A/C unit and Ian was very helpful in finding one for a good price and with a tax rebate. The company provided us with a mini window unit to help us keep cool until our new unit was installed. And they were able to allow us to pay for our new unit over 25 months, interest-free. Lisa and Maura (in the office) were so sweet and helpful over the phone. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was fortunate enough to have Joseph S. come out and handle the start of my maintenance contract today. Not only was he professional and polite but he was very good at explaining what he saw and recommended. I could tell that he did his work very thoroughly and cared about doing it right. Not only was Joseph good but the company has a good system in place as well for documentation. Our Hot Water Heater was leaking badly. We called a couple places for quotes. They were well over $3500 and couldn’t install it until next week. We called Edward & Mills (bc we use them for our church plumbing needs) and they came the next day! Phil was able to give me a good estimate over the phone after we sent a picture. We were happy to send a pic bc it meant they could come immediately with the correct parts. Jim and Dusty replaced our Water Heater, cleaned up the area (which they didn’t have to do). They also repaired a spigot and cleaned our dryer vent. Super nice guys. Explained what they were doing and why. Installed top of the line American Made equipment. AND they were well over $1500 less than the other quotes we received.

I WOULD HIRE AGAIN. I had a full height, basement wall that was cracked and bowed in by three inches and was at risk of exploding inward due to hydrostatic pressure. Tim Moss & Sons did a great job permanently repairing my failing foundation. They were professional, gave estimates, used an engineer and built exactly to specs, started on time, maintained a schedule that was communicated well to me, and finished ahead of schedule. All work was done with permits and photographically documented. Large crew was polite, communicative and efficient. This company does full spectrum maintenance and home improvement from wiring, plumbing, and roofing to framing, foundations, flooring, garages and home extensions. We couldn't be more pleased with terms, contracts, and clean-up. Chrystal at the home office communicated with us daily to manage scheduling ahead of time and throughout the job.
